ACTION NOW

Republican House members MUST shut down the House until they call up DOJ and FBI on hearings.

Biden doesn’t get his stinking bill.
Nothing gets done. Nothing.

Call congress (202) 224-3121
for the U.S. House switchboard operator.

File a public records request in seeking communications records between Biden, Susan Rice, Obama, Soros’ Open Society Foundation in connection with Fbi persecution of Trump.

Request
“all calendar entries,
phone messages,
text messages,
emails,
encrypted app chats,
letter correspondence,
and long-distance toll records”
with Chinese, cartels, Doj, Irs
made from August on.

Merrick Garland knew and approved. Biden will deny knowledge, but he also knew, as did Obama and his political entourage.

Just watched Alan Dershowitz on Newsmax.

he said that permission for this raid would have come from the very top.

Assume he means Biden - or whoever is really running the country.

Don’t ask the question about Garland. We need to accuse Biden, Garland, the FBI, the Jan 6th commission and all enemies through association. We fight to destroy them all. Our means cannot be limited to seemingly rational actions and questions. Skip the questions and go directly to accusations. Then demonize every leftist establishment figure. This is a war using rhetoric. There is little room for logic at this point. We simply need to understand what rhetoric is believable to the largest number of voters.

Regardless of whether the FBI was required to have Garland’s approval, it is hard to believe that the FBI would act in such a precedent-shattering manner without notifying Garland.

Dan Bongino, who worked in LE, said this had to originate outside the FBI. Merrick Garland would have to sign off on such a politically sensitive case.

No former president’s resident was raided without blessings from the top—and very top.

Everything the FBI does, search and arrest warrants, has a DOJ lawyer present in all of it. In fact, most, if not all, of the time an AUSA drafts all the paperwork and then they and the agent present it to a judge.

This is completely different than how the ‘real police’ do things. Where the cop gets on a computer and drafts a warrant, then goes before a judge. They, in most cases, don’t have the help of an attorney from the DAs office. They, as I did, can have someone to call for advice or input, but their paperwork isn’t being drafted by a lawyer.

And, any raids they do, they have to have an “operational order” that has to be approved by higher ups in DC. These things are like books. Everyone involved. Their jobs on the site. Nearest hospitals and routes.

One of the reasons that the Feds have so many task forces set up with local cops is because the cops don’t have to jump through all those hoops. It could take days before a federal search warrant and op order get signed and approved. A local cop can write a search warrant on the trunk of a car, I did it, run it up to the courthouse and get it signed. Their co-workers could start executing the warrant as they’re on their way back to the scene. And the Feds just say they were supporting the local guys and if the case rises to a certain level, the US Attorney’s office will pick it up and prosecute.

This wasn’t FBI-rogue. It was approved EVERY step of the way. All the way to Biden. An action like this against a former President could not happen without his or his office’s approval. They are all lying if they say they didn’t know anything.

The FBI might very well have pulled this schumer on their own if it was any other private American citizen, but with a former president? No way. FJB might have been kept in the dark, but Garland and the White House sure has hell knew it!!

Trump needs to file a lawsuit arguing the criminal enterprises inside government are trying to protect themselves thru intimidation, violating his liberties.

Just have to know that he approved it as a big Up-Yours to the President for not letting him be on the SCOTUS.

Did Merrick Garland have to approve this Trump raid, or can the FBI move on its own?

Garland had to approve.

The Attorney General's Extension Of His Predecessor’s Elections Investigations Policy Sparks Debate Over Its Merits

This past spring, the attorney general extended his predecessor’s requirement that investigations into presidential or vice-presidential candidates, as well as their senior staff and advisors, can’t begin without written notification to the department and his written approval, as reported earlier this week. There has been much debate since then as to whether that was justified.

MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow reported Monday night on a memo Attorney General Merrick Garland sent to Justice Department employees in May reminding them of the department’s elections policies amid the 2022 midterm season. The initial memo that then-Attorney General William Barr issued in February 2020 was an effort to avoid mistakes made during the 2016 campaign, The New York Times reported at the time. Also, while previous attorneys general have stated that the department needs to take additional caution on campaign-related probes during election years, Barr was the first to mandate that the FBI must confer with the department before opening these investigations, the paper noted.

Neither the FBI or DOJ moved on raiding Trump without the express approval of the White House. Bet.

The DOJ controls the FBI. I haven’t seen anything that indicates FBI is so rogue is can operate on its own.

Does anyone now doubt that the commie/democRATs released the virus to cause a panic so they could steal the 2020 election? They had nothing to run on. Zero, nada, nitch. Then suddenly the WuFlu allowed them to change the rules on voting without authority.
They are panicking about the mid terms and again have nothing to run on. So they are trying to destroy Trump. They are trying everything to stop him from being re-elected.
They will try to steal 2022 election too, but they may have just screwed the pooch on this one.

Peter King is on Newsmax right now.

He just said that President Trump already met with the FBI and they had inspected these documents.

Is this the FBI or the KGB?
