Actually, John Nance Garner didn’t say “spit.” He named a different body fluid, but the newspapers of the time wouldn’t print it.

3 September is the federal 22 months deadline for states Keeping intact (by law) all election ballots and associated records, whereas “smoking” all of them is permitted and routine after exactly 22 mos.

In the period between the War of Independence and the Civil War, the federal government spent most of its time in the constitutional prison that James Madison designed for it. Because of the 9th and 10th Amendments, governors of states were more important and powerful than the US President. This ended with the Civil War and was exacerbated by the New Deal and the Imperial Presidency.
If we return to full constitutional federalism, governors will regain the power they lost.

IOW, a date “107” is most assuredly correct in predicting.

::::....“smoking” all of them is permitted.....:::::
Can you explain this term? Does that mean the records can be examined by the public? If the data is tainted or manipulated, what level of reliability is there that shenanigans occurred and can be proven? Also, will the courts treat this as a 'so what' moment since there is little recourse or standing to get it introduced into a court?

“About 2 months”.....it’s now early August, about 2 months puts the ripening into October, if it’s a little later (about) that puts us into a time close to election day in November.

DeSantis has evidently been shown that path you discuss, and forging the example to prove it for other governors.
DeSantis suspended the Florida Attorney General, yesterday.

Ah, the old double-vaxxed-triple-boosted "rebound" case of COVID.
What a sad joke this world has become over this virus.

The Hillsborough Country Prosecutor, not the Florida Attorney General, as I understand it.

That is my understanding.
So long as “WE HAVE IT ALL” remains the standard, we already have every jot and tittle of what we need.
Nevertheless, the actual material records and actual ballots are allowed destroyed by what ever means states may employ, following midnight on 3 September.
DS will then be confident. That should prove to be a mistake.
Space Force is a thought in regard to support, for already “having it all”, along with True The Vote efforts and Devolution theory and evidence.

Hard to believe that Trump won’t run for President in 2024.
I think the mere existence of the January 6th committee confirms it.
To: 1Old Pro
It’s a matter of principle more than anything now. If he doesn’t run, they win.
