Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

The only elections which have no voting for federal positions are midterms, other than in-state or county elections for state/county/municipal positions.
So the regular presidential and midterm elections do have to fall under federal guideline, whatever they are.
The former becomes relevant only if we assume that Devolution didn’t already happen in January 2020.

This morning I read that the US mil is sending assets to that area, can’t find source at the moment. Will post on new thread if/when I find it.
