Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

There were pics last night from the water showing Mar A Lago on the shore.
All I could think was Watch The Water.
“POLLYANISH” sentiment has been a concern for years, imo. Few want to chew on that observation. I loathed the popcorn and Show watching, but it has had its effects. Imo.
There was always a place for us, for citizen action. It was local. Down the block. Not sure today about the depth or breadth of engagement.

Warrant sealed, so we do not know who perjured themselves, but maybe they are looking to plant some J-6 Fodder in the boxes previously searched by the "FBI" and conducting a General Warrant search for whatever they can find. I hope that there is an inventory list for the original FBI search.

I agree with this statement but the VP is electorally certified at the same time that the President is. Once the electorally certified VP assumes the duties of the electorally certified President, she should assume all of the duties of the President, including CINC. I’d have to do some research to determine if any VP’s who became P after the death of the P were unable to be CINC. In most recent history, was LBJ CINC from November 1963 until the election in 1964? I think he was, so it appears that CINC comes automatically with the title of President.

What I’m trying to ascertain is can Congress or the Executive Branch unilaterally cancel an election for President if the Constitution requires that it be conducted on a certain date and that the states conduct the election? I have a lot to learn about the Constitution, but it appears that the states may even have a Constitutional obligation to do so. While the election of other positions may be cancelled by or with the approval of the current Congress, the election of the President perhaps isn’t so easily cancelled?
Some poster points to a 15 minute window for VP to officially assume the office of POTUS. Insane window of strike time, which sounds really desperate to me, but there it is fwiw.
I think things are locked up and down, until the Court hears the people’s grievance against the government, and from their candidate who was the victim of a fraudulent election.

I was trying to understand if CDY’s point was that the brief “acting” period provides an opportunity for the invocation of Devolution, or if the point was that the VP who is sworn in as President assumes all the other duties, but never becomes CINC. The former becomes relevant only if we assume that Devolution didn’t already happen in January 2020.
