If Patel Patriot has it right, and all the evidence points clearly that way, Devolution started officially Jan.20 2021.
I contend it was triggered on January 11, 2021.
Of course, 2021. Mind blink. Devolution might even have started on January 11. There was that strange posting on the State Department web site that said President Trump’s term ended on one of those days and then it was quickly withdrawn and attributed to a clerical error. I think the error could have been that the final i wasn’t dotted and the truth actually got out.
