It was always thought, by me and others, that the FBI and DoJ had texts and other communications having "As the World Turns" in mind when it was said that 'we will stop him' during the Russia-Russia-Russia hoax designed to keep Trump out of the White House. If those were ever published, it would trigger a Civil War.

Take a hard look at this and tell me the meaning/application of Clause 1 of the 25th Amendment:
25th Amd: 1. In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
“In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation” means there are only 3 Constitutional ways in which the office of President is made vacant: (1) Removal (by impeachment/conviction) (2) death and (3) resignation.
In the case of any of these three, what happens?
“the Vice President shall become President.”
There are 2 “constitutional” things to note here. (1) There is no mention or even implication of the VP becoming Commander-in-Chief in this instance. Constitutionally, only the electorally certified President serves simultaneously as CinC. Devolution. And,
(2) In ALL OTHER INSTANCES, the Vice-President serves as >>acting<< President. Again, no CinC.
This is brilliance!
At no time can the VPOTUS “do away” with POTUS and then command the military to enforce any of it.
Otherwise, Jefferson would have killed Adams and created a monarchy backed by the US military.

“Whew! Thought they had me for a minute there,” Biden sighed, according to sources before going back to smoking crack with a hooker on a pile of cash freshly delivered by Chinese agents. “Glad to know the FBI is still working for my Dad!”
The question is what do these highly revered JD agents dare plant in one of those boxes?
