Question for the nicotinamide guru (You).
I’ve been taking a Vitamin B Complex (supplement) since 2008.

There is no mg dosage on the container to tell me how much I am taking.
Interwebz gives me inconclusive results when searching for RDA of niacinamide; I assume on purpose.
Q: If I’ve been taking this dosage daily since 2008, should I assume that I don’t need to increase my intake of B3? And, (2) what do you understand the \RDA\ of niacinamide to be?
I can do the math to figure the mg-dose.

@foxandfriends just really botched my poll numbers, no doubt on purpose. That show has been terrible - gone to the “dark side.” They quickly quote the big Turning Point Poll victory of almost 60 points over the number two Republican, and then hammer me with outliers. Actually, almost all polls have me leading all Republicans & Biden BY A LOT. RINO Paul Ryan, one of the weakest and worst Speakers EVER, must be running the place. Anyway, thank you to Turning Point, the crowd & “love” was AMAZING!

I read and posted a couple articles months ago about ‘rona vaccines being in development for pets. They are already in use for some zoo animals.
I don’t know where military courts would be held; Putin has said there would be trials for those who committed war crimes in Ukraine. From my understanding, he was referring to Ukrainian nationals and foreign mercenaries. Don’t know or remember what he said, if anything, about trying US or other nationality people for crimes against humanity.
Regarding xone’s comment, the UN would be the last entity on earth to hold trials, many of them need to be in the dock.
Stay away from niacinamide. If you ain’t flushing, it ain’t working.
There are different kinds of niacin all getting called Vit. B3. Read labels carefully. If you take flush niacin (nicotinic acid), it’s beneficial and 500mg is not a high dose at all. It’s the other kinds you have to be careful with. Niacinimide is what they put in multivitamins, and it’s the inferior synthetic crap that you shouldn’t get too much of.
