Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

She probably knows. :-) Most of our doctors here are very conservative and barely follow the CDC orders enough not to lose their licenses. This clinic has completely dropped their mask requirements for patients. They know.
Interesting about vitamin D and the skin. My skin has changed a lot over my life, and I’m not talking mainly or merely in aging terms. I can endure much more sun now without burning. Growing up in the midwest, I was always a pasty-white youth and young adult, just like everyone else around me of the caucasian persuasion. At the first full day in the sun every summer, I would burn and then peel a week later. I may have gotten a little tan over the summers, but it rapidly disappeared in fall.
But in my 20s, I spent 5 years living on subtropical islands, my first experience with year-round spring and summer, and I gradually found I’d developed a perpetual tan - not a deep-fried sort, but just so it’s noticeable that I’m always a bit darker than my northern relatives now. It subsided for a couple years I was on the European mainland, but it’s returned since living in Florida. I spend a fair bit of time outdoors, never used or use any sunscreen, but I do oil my skin after showering. Skin hasn’t aged as much as some folks’.

At the equator, it would be 90* (IOW - 0*, directly over head at noon).
At the poles it would be right on the horizon. (Again, ignoring declination)

Unlike a few of my co-workers, I never missed a day of work due to a bad sunburn. I have known people to be hospitalized for sunburn. I can’t tell you how many tourists I came across who just HAD to get a tan before they went home and would up blistered and miserable or worse their whole vacation.

I grew up in Pompano Beach/Ft. Lauderdale area of Florida until I started high school when we moved to TN. Back in the late 50’s through the 60’s, nobody knew the sun was so dangerous. My mom baked us on the beach almost all year round. I never wore sunscreen when I got older because my skin is so sensitive that even sunscreen broke me out. Same with makeup. Curse this red hair and ultra-white skin anyway. The weird thing is, when I was a kid, I was able to tan if I did it slowly. I turned a golden color. One of the surgeons that did my last skin cancer surgery said, “I bet I can guess your ancestry”. He said, “Scottish”? I told him yes. He said I had skin that should never see the sun.
Now is a fine time to tell me. Still, I live on a farm and being outside is a big part of my life. I just have to deal with it.
I’ve relied on *bitt for years and *Melian lights up links as well. One or the other is around practically day or night. It’s too wonderful having them both, for this thread.
