I showed this video to the wife...a former principal (retired) in one of the district’s roughest downtown “hood” schools. Absolutely no facial expression or other reaction from her. There was no surprise in this video...she was used to this behavior.
Get her to tell you about the day the grandmom rolled into the school’s lobby, wearing bedroom slippers, a bathrobe and hair curlers, wanting to know why her little cherub was being punished.
By the time some of these thugs in training are 7 or 8, the lawless attitude is baked in the cake.
These are the kids who will be disrupting classrooms, attacking teachers, kicking them in the head till dead. These will be the 10 year olds, chasing down, beating and robbing the elderly at 2AM, just for the hell of it. Are there any honest Al Sharpton types out there to influence and advise?
