When I say Stalin deemphasized support for international communism it's in contrast to Trotsky. I didn't say he ended it. It was useful as an additional tool in the USSR's war with the West. This is what your documentation shows. However, in contrast to Trotsky it was subordinate to Russia\USSR's interest always to be controlled by Moscow not in the interest of the local revolutionaries. Again, your document trail shows Moscow's control. Trotsky & Trotskyites claim local control, local interest, but they're communists and probably lying. However, that's what they claim!
