IF that is what he is thinking then Durham played himself for a fool. If running out the clock was his goal then he will join Bill Barr in history as a scoundrel and traitor to the Republic, and worse, just another privileged but talentless wastrel. And like Barr he will have taken a high position, a clear opportunity to serve the nation when it was needed most and fiddled. But Rome needed to burn here and nothing burned down at all. The entire rotten edifice stinking of the worm eaten corruption that has destroyed it is still standing.

Republicans should stop voting for RINOs and start investigating the deceit and corruption in their own party.

They used some of the Mueller template, all based on appearance and implication of intention.
Robert Mueller served as a gruff looking, serious appearing foil to Donald Trump for a long time. Until Mueller himself began to suffer as Adam Schiff described it as “heartbreaking” cognitive decline.
Government is like a corrupt police department with most on the take. They will work together to prevent anyone who isn’t one of them (or willing to become corrupt like them) from joining their ranks. If someone happens to ‘slip through’, they will work together to get rid of him/her. This is what their plan was for Trump, from the minute it became clear he could win.
Their elite masters will tell them behind closed doors, "Good Job!"!
