"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

I see a penitentiary on that list. In one of her last interviews, Female serial killer Aileen Wuornos insisted that her skull was being bombarded by pressure while she waited on death row. Of course, everyone just thought she was batty... but why would she lie about it when she knew she was about to die?
In addition to rambling about the sound wave pressure, she asserts that police knew she was killing violent johns and did nothing. Doesn’t sound as far-fetched as it once did.
