I’m currently taking NAD. It’s no magic cure, but I’ve slowly dropped all the weight I gained during lockdown, plus a little extra…17 pounds down since December. I don’t “diet” anymore, since it seems to flip some switch in my brain to binge eat. Just staying away from fast food, sugar, and working out as I usually do. Inflation makes it easier to stay away from fast food when it costs $12 for a coffee latte and a breakfast sandwich.
Take away microwave and give them a box of staple foods - fresh meat, vegetables, rice, and beans. Oh the humanity!

Barr spoke out against Trump for optics. Barr protected Durham and then said what happened was seditious. Nunes said Durham knew what would happen with the DC jury and he’s playing chess.
