From what I’ve heard and seen, it appears there is more than enough justification for an appeal. However, looking at the lineup of the appeals court doesn’t give one a sense that any Justice can be had for a non-democrat.

I’m sure he made his objections but “judge is gonna judge”.
I watched the first half hour of 5th element on prime yesterday after turning off the hitchhiker’s guide to the universe. A little too much insanity for me on hitchhiker; fifth element is pretty entertaining and then there is that red head. Had no idea she was in your fan club.

Durham played the system and ran the bases exposing HRC, under Oath and undisputed.
Durham, in a sweeping incidental, also exposed his target, Sussman, the DC Judge and the DC jury, proving, I consider, that DC is “occupied territory”.
Durham expected the outcome.
Durham only mildly objected to the clear and convincing conflicts of interest of judge and jury members!
I read it was this judge who married Sussman and his bride, now lawyer for Lisa Page.
Durham is also a big assist to exposing DC as “occupied territory”.
Durham doesn’t lose, right? He must have been assigned to take down the entire federal Judicial Branch.
We’ll see an eventual “circle back” on this case, to Jury Nullification.
