Jury response can mean:
A. We don’t think he lied to the FBI.
Sub-parsing (1) At some point he told the truth about the source; and, (2) He explicitly told the truth.
B. He doesn’t deserve to be punished for his mis-guided error.
C. Evidence is confusing so we have several levels of reasonable doubt.

The dossier has still been found to be a hoax cultivated by the intelligence community.

This simply shows that the Constitution is of no effect within the confines of Washington DC. They move and operate under their own rules and laws because they are above it since they make it.
