The “Take Charge Of Your Health” Ping List
This potentially high volume ping list is for health articles and studies which describe something you or your doctor, when informed, may be able to immediately implement for your benefit.
Now keeping a new list (“Common/Top Issues”) for conditions expected to only concern at least 1% of the population. Ask to be on either the “Common/Top Issues” or “Everything” list.
Please email or private message me if you want on or off of a list and of which list you desire.

I wonder if this includes dried cranberries, of which I eat a ton.

I eat cranberries almost every day in oatmeal. Love them but they add a lot of calories....it’s worth it though

They used a freeze-dried cranberry powder, rather than fresh cranberries. It tastes great as long as you mix it with rum.

Well, thanks for this! Keep up the good work.
Little more than a week ago you posted something similar re blueberries (https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/4062502/posts). I went out and bought a couple of bags of blueberries and apparently they are already working great.

I’m sure that I haven’t eaten a cup of cranberries total in my entire life. Also haven’t eaten a cup of acorns, thumbtacks, or drywall screws.

I have a friend who has dementia, a healthcare provider told her to check out LION’S MANE MUSHROOMS. She did and her husband has shown remarkable improvement. I looked it up and there are some very good articles from reputable sources.

Who can consume (especially older folks) cup of sour cranberry’s every day without creating acid stomach?
Do what I am doing instead. Mild exercise EVERY DAY!
Helps heart, lungs, kidneys, delays PAD, delays dementia, keeps A1C down, keeps BP in normal range, AND best of all it helps avoid falls due to bad balance. I have balance of a ballet dancer at age 82.
