A mother-of-two has gone viral on social media after writing a memoir about leaving her husband of 14 years to pursue a stranger who she thought could be her 'soulmate'. Amanda Trenfield, from Sydney, explained that she spent 20 years building a 'somewhat predictable life' with a career in the financial services alongside caring for two young children and her marriage. In an extract from her new book, published by The Sydney Morning Herald, Amanda said that she was hoping to reconnect with her husband during a three-day conference in Margaret River but found herself drawn to another man, Jason, at the event due to the 'strong and raw' electricity between them.

what a maroon, nobody, NOBODY is going to write a check against that...
I’d say “guilty” but perhaps eligible for a Clintonian post-POTUS pardon....
She didn’t F her soul mate, but she did F her kids. Nice lady.
She is a goofy dummy. Her story bored the hell out of me.
Sounds like her marriage was over and she was just looking for the right excuse to break it off.
Some women really are just to dumb to be allowed to vote.
What you have is a person that you have married and promised to be kind, faithful and loving to for the rest of your natural life. You will grow together and, it will take a lot of work on both your parts, you will be happy.
Quit reading teen erotica and grow up.
Adventure always comes with a price.
Kind of like Mark Sanford and his Argie “soulmate”.
Key words being “her new book.”
What a maroon.
What a woman will regard as your most unforgivable sin: being boring.
Women will marry a man for the economic security she sees him offering, but will still want to screw the exciting Alpha male.
“Women hate Beta males so much they will borrow $100K and spend 4-8 years in college to get a degree they’ll never use to qualify for a soul-crushing ‘career’ in corporate America to avoid marrying one.” — Rollo Tomassi

This woman is scum. Pure scum. How can you do that to your spouse, and especially to your children?
What a dreadful wench.
The old “I think I found my soulmate” routine.
I wonder if Uncle Rico ever found his?
But, she wuz in luv...L-U-V...
Smart man.
We married young, grew up together, raised a family together and now we’re growing old together, enjoying our kids and grandkids. Wouldn’t trade this life for anything.
It is a gift I never imagined having and I will be grateful until I die that I was given it.
I bet she will get a lot more sympathy than her husband if he found a cute twenty year old at the same conference and knew from looking down her shirt that he had found his soulmate.
People believe the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence until they get there to find out there’s nothing but weeds! sad.
