"At risk of stating the obvious, unless something changes to cause the birth rate to exceed the death rate, Japan will eventually cease to exist," Musk posted on Twitter on May 7. "This would be a great loss for the world."

I understand Musk explored Schwab’s philosophies.
Maybe he didn’t like what he saw.
Reagan was once a Democrat, too.
I voted for Carter in my first election. I was 20 and gullible.
“If you’re 20 and not a Liberal, you don’t have a heart. If you’re 40 and not a Conservative, you don’t have a brain.”
Don’t make broad generalizations based on small sample sizes.
Good post.
How many kids do you have?
Like most of the CIA-funded (In-Q-Tel, etc.) tech entrepreneurs (from Gates to Zuckerberg to the current batch), Musk just happened to be “gifted” with advanced tech for the centralized surveillance state. These were generally favored young men, but they were miraculously given Deep State strategic technology after Deep State strategic technology to popularize and establish as part of the latter-day myth of a free tech market.
So does Orc Land, but it does not work there.
So lets start from the top. Musk was funded by the CIA? Now what corner of the internet did you drudge that up?
They are called exemptions/deductions and child care tax credits.
How much more do people want us to pay?
Of course when we outlaw abortions, some people are not going to like what happens in their cities.
Dunno.
I think the population will only decline until it consists of people culturally and genetically inclined to have have children. Cities might be depopulated, but maybe the countryside will survive.
Problem is, a declining population leaves Japan less able to defend itself. And just across the sea, the PRC waits.
Of course, the PRC is in pretty bad shape, too, demographically speaking.
Broad generalizations based on small sample sizes?
Are you kidding?
Look at Tesla, Neuralink, Starlink, Tesla’s CureVac deal, etc.—and wake up!!!
Yet his company (Tesla) is paying employees’ travels expenses to get abortions.
I don't understand the folks who are putting Elon up on a pedestal.
Yes, need to keep an eye on him.
But right now, he’s making all the right moves.
“...In 2002, Griffin was President and COO of In-Q-Tel, a private enterprise funded by the CIA to identify and invest in companies developing cutting-edge technologies that serve national security interests. During this time, he met entrepreneur Elon Musk and accompanied him on a trip to Russia where they attempted to purchase ICBMs.”

Japan is quite literally, overcrowded, though. Yes, tue Japs have been rather well -behaved under our boot for 75 years, but I prefer depopulation vs. Japan seeking living space once again.
What exactly is In-Q-Tel?
“In-Q-Tel invests in high-tech companies for the sole purpose of keeping the Central Intelligence Agency, and other intelligence agencies, equipped with the latest in information technology in support of United States intelligence capability.”
In Islamic societies, women usually don’t work. Thus they have time to have babies.
The downfall of the West will be due to couples deciding they need two incomes in order to have an “acceptable” standard of living.
(My wife and I decided she would stay home to raise and homeschool our kids, and that our standard of living would be determined by my income. It worked out. I don’t drive a Lexus, but I have several grandchildren).
“Griffin was an early advocate for Musk calling him a potential “Henry Ford for the rocket industry”.
and so the mythmaking of Elon began by a CIA man.
>>We don’t have the money for that. Hungary “pays” for you to have children, but as I recall it was less than $100 per month in 2018. So it’s not very much.<<
We have plenty of money to pay welfare moms. I suggest we stop that, and increase the tax benefits for being middle class parents.
