I Find it rich “my body my choice” didn’t apply to me and my family when it came to vaccinations.
What harm is there for Scotus to kick the issue to the States. Everyone will have a say. There will be a huge amount of pressure on the Greitch in Michigan. Let the people decide but at least we can hold our elected officials accountable.
I think that Roe v Wade has been a stain on this country and it’s about time the Feds get out of the abortion business. 65 million babies aborted since 1973. God forgive us.
No wonder there is an attempt to tear down the Constitution. The negative rights aspect is genius. If it isn’t in the Constitution then the States get to decide. Glad we appear to be heading back in that direction.

Soetoro has a disdain for the Constitution and refers to it as "a charter of negative liberties". Instead of a guidance for the restraint of what government can do to its citizens, he wants it to be a description of things government can give you, with all the constraints attached to that level of giveaways.
Central planners plan centrally, so why would they want the states to act as incubators for American freedom? They would lose central control. They want all aspects of life controlled from Washington, DC.

Because they (Dem/Commies) want to dictate to the whole country what is allowed and not allowed. They hate “state’s rights”.
