You make yourself sound as stupid as the democrats that said Trump was going to cancel the elections - nobody has the power to cancel a presidential election.
No he couldn't. If Trump somehow is returned to office before 2024 then that's an admission he actually won in 2020. There is no other way he could accomplish it. That would mean he was elected to the presidency twice and would be ineligible for running a third time in 2024.
Obama is not legally able to serve as President ever again, regardless of the means.

The President Pro Tempore of the Senate would become President in this scenario (Patrick Leahy). While Speaker of the House is third in line, Obama is termed out and can’t assume of the office, so it passes to the 4th in line.
