No he couldn't. If Trump somehow is returned to office before 2024 then that's an admission he actually won in 2020. There is no other way he could accomplish it. That would mean he was elected to the presidency twice and would be ineligible for running a third time in 2024.
IF Trump were to become speaker of the house after we take over the house, AND both quid pro joe and kameltoe were impeached AND removed, Trump would then finish quid pro joes term and would not affect his standing to run in 2024.
