I am watching the show...
I have watched some of the movies nominated for Best Picture...BELFAST...DUNE...WEST SIDE STORY...
NO TIME TO DIE song was nominated...I want to see if that Bond song wins Oscars...
BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS...Won by Ariana Debose...WEST SIDE STORY...She was fine in the movie...
Used to LOVE the Oscars, but I won’t come back until the phoney wokeys of the Academy nominate a trans for Best Actress or Best Supporting Actress...then, it’s popcorn time.
That last Bond film was horrible.
Maybe, but I didn’t say I didn’t care. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t have responded. I haven’t watched ad-based TV in a long time, used Tivo to skip since 1999. The wokeness is pretty incredible.
I watched BELFAST today...It is a good movie about Northern Ireland situation...The movie is about 1 hour and 40 minutes long...
LOL - The only thing I care about is the degree of spreading popular not-caring about these idiots. The smaller their audiences, the happier I am. Sorry that I inadvertently pissed in your corn flakes.

Watching America Song Contest with Kelly Clarkson and Snoop Dog. Very good. New Series. Haven’t watched the Oscars in a decade.
It’s amusing that the Encanto winners seem to be all whites.
I thought that NO TIME TO DIE was a fine movie...Many people had problem with how the movie ended...

ENCANTO was a good movie...Music in the movie was fine...
I haven’t seen it, have a backlog of movies. Just had to give up netflix blurays cause I didn’t use it much and got so expensive. I’m hoping to go to atmos/4k setup in a few years and will need to catch up.
I know they’re a lot of leftism, but I still love movies, over TV series at least.

The remake of Dune was such a big disappointment for me. To top it off, they just ended it right in the middle of the story (from the 1984 movie). For being made in this technological day nearly 4 decades later than the first movie it was very unimpressive.
I guess my problem is that I’m not a teenage girl salivating over that beanstalk Timothée Chalamet. Overdone smoldering looks aren’t a substitute for good acting.
Roo much fuff. Just hand out the awards.

OSCAR people decided to record some award presentations in advance...Minor awards...Winners still made their speeches however...They do not want to make the show too long...
BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR...Troy Kotsur (Koda) won...He is using sign language for acceptance speech...He is deaf...
Finished watching the Ranger game, now watching Lansky.
