In the United States of America the only \real\ confusion is the portability of citizenship.
One is always a citizen of the Unites States and can be a resident of any State.
One should \never\ consider his/herself as a “citizen” of a sovereign State.
I am a citizen of the US (passport proof!) and a resident of Michigan (property ownership proof).
I have always been a citizen of the US but also resident (property proof) of 6 States in my lifetime.
If I travel to another State, I am still a citizen of the US but NOT a citizen of that State NOR am I a resident unless I obtain property proof of residency.
Hey, our Founding Fathers were trailblazers willing to risk their lives, fortunes and sacred honor to form this nation.
I admired Mr. Schiff and what he was willing to give up to end the unconstitutional income tax.
I am unfamiliar with the movement though. So often when they are portrayed in movies and TV they are disparaged as a kook fringe group.

My comment on the taxes:
If I read #397 correctly, it looks like an ASN “people” doesn’t have to pay income tax.
There are ways to avoid paying/owing tax that is much easier; I’m in that situation right now and all it took was a visit to the tax preparer and a form from my retirement package sent to the pension plan administrator on where to send the money (part to me, part to IRA).
I get all the money withheld from the portion of the pension paid to me, back at tax time, and all I have to do is “show the math”, i.e. file the tax forms.
When it comes time to take the RMD from the IRA, it won’t be enough to make the soc sec taxable, and it will be the same amount as what I get in my hand now from the pension, and I still pay no tax or get it all back at the end of the year if it does get withheld.
Regarding not paying taxes and getting into hot water...
The purpose of ASN/Sovereign-People is to reclaim status as a Free Man/WOman. It should NOT be primarily to evade taxes. It is only a byproduct of reclaiming sovereignity.
One cannot stop paying taxes, and then fight it as being unconstitutional. That will NOT fly.
If one goes reclaims People status, there is a dual path - on the US CITIZEN side, the IRS provides a form for the purpose of becoming exempt, from their POV from taxes - IRS Form 56. However, you MUST have your ducks in a row to file that form, with the proper Standing and Status.
Similar with property - need to get your alloidial titles. As a citizen, you do not own your automobile or domicile. You have a Certificate *of* title. It is not alloidial. Once you can claim these things, and have the proper standing as an ASN, and a Citizen of your State, you do not pay excise taxes nor real estate taxes. You do NOT pay taxes on things you own as a free sovereign People. The Constitution does not authorize direct taxes. As an ASN, you do not pay contract fees and taxes.
Agreed. It is not enough that the theft is known and footnoted in the history books. It must be rectified.

I am not sure I knew there was a falling out. Was there? I began to think they were purposefully staying out of each other’s lane of attack. Unless they were at odds that is the only thing that made sense to me.
The title obtained under bringing forward the Land Patent can be done, but for one not fully extracted personally from the encumbrances of the “contract” society (to coin a phrase) the main thing it does is make the property extremely difficult to convey under a loan structure because it becomes unalienable (unable to have a loan collateralized against it) unless you wet ink signature a contract on it.
You might get drug off it at gun point, but lenders aren’t going to lend against it without something ironclad that will convey the asset in default circumstances.
The problem with EVERYONE that loses all their stuff in going these routes isn’t that they don’t work, but that those people are ALWAYS trying to weasel out a beneficial angle, to get something for nothing, a free lunch.
I’ve looked into it with regards to my Nevada section, and BLM said yes, you can bring the patent forward. But at this point it’s not a hill I feel I need to make a stand on because my property tax has fallen for the last 4 years in a row, to $32.50 last year, on 643 acres. I’ve paid for it in Lawful money, and I’ve always paid the taxes designated as such (Postal money order, or in person and noted as such). My Grant deed from the seller even stated “Will pay to the seller $10 Lawful Money of the united States and such other consideration as agreed upon”, which in my case was an additional $XX,X90.00
For every respectable person driving a well kept automobile that’s unregistered and labeled as such there’s 100 drunken gap tooth Jeeters driving piles of crap with a VIN still in the system and a paper “license plate” hand scrawled on the back claiming they aren’t subject to jurisdiction. Every one of those ends up being the “example” cited to deter the responsible inquirer about the process.
Money’s the same way. It’s “Bi-Monetary”. Two mediums of exchange evolved out of the FEDs creation. Federal Reserve Notes, and Lawful Money of the united States. Some years back some dude in Vegas or thereabouts was pretty damn successful at remaining “off grid” of the FED system and won court actions against multiple attempts to prosecute him. The ONLY reason he ended up losing a case was due to getting greedy and wanting to value his home in Lawful Money for tax, titling, etc..., then wanted to take out an FRN loan on it for the FRN valuation.
If you have to have shiny things, lots of bling, and live extravagantly then you probably should save yourself some grief and stay in the FED matrix, they will loan you money to their hearts content. If you aren’t hypnotized by all that, do your homework and work outside their system or keep assets outside of their system from being comingled.

I saw somewhere someone said paying taxes is like a membership fee to the greatest country on the planet. It makes it easier to swallow I guess.
As far as state taxes mine will go to zero when I move to NH and my property taxes will go down by $2k a year from what I pay in MA. Believe it. Or not. (NH property taxes can be high)
Right now my property tax bill is around $13k a year. $5k in MA, $5k in MD and $3k in NH. I’m going to sell the MD property to build the house in NH then sell the house in MA. My poperty tax bill will go from $13k to 3k a year.
Being a land baron has it’s down side.

These last two years have been a real eye-opener for my kids, ages 33 and 30. Seeing businesses get shut down, business licenses suspended or canceled and even jailing for those who refused to shut down and/or abide by the mandates made them realize the intrusive nature of an unaccountable government.
The fact that churches, schools and individuals etc all fell in line made them aware of the power of that intrusive, unaccountable government to cow a free people into giving up nearly all personal liberties.
I will say that it has awakened in them a passion for the constitution and desire to do more than just vote.
You can get adapters to go from HDMI to A/V cables and probably other kinds of adapters to and from other types of input and output.
They should allow you to use your computer and possibly your phone to put things on your TV.
Check out a Roku. Might not work for all the apps you want, but you might be surprised.
