Regarding not paying taxes and getting into hot water...
The purpose of ASN/Sovereign-People is to reclaim status as a Free Man/WOman. It should NOT be primarily to evade taxes. It is only a byproduct of reclaiming sovereignity.
One cannot stop paying taxes, and then fight it as being unconstitutional. That will NOT fly.
If one goes reclaims People status, there is a dual path - on the US CITIZEN side, the IRS provides a form for the purpose of becoming exempt, from their POV from taxes - IRS Form 56. However, you MUST have your ducks in a row to file that form, with the proper Standing and Status.
Similar with property - need to get your alloidial titles. As a citizen, you do not own your automobile or domicile. You have a Certificate *of* title. It is not alloidial. Once you can claim these things, and have the proper standing as an ASN, and a Citizen of your State, you do not pay excise taxes nor real estate taxes. You do NOT pay taxes on things you own as a free sovereign People. The Constitution does not authorize direct taxes. As an ASN, you do not pay contract fees and taxes.
