"IF" data was being collected I think it would most likely be stored in a hardened building, maybe St. Louis or San Antonio. Most likely somewhere else, probably in a non ATT facility unknown to the run-of-the-mill regulators.

I am not a Lawyer, but a Magistrate Judge does the grunt work for their paired District court Judge and and does a preliminary review of cases and complaints before they can be considered for trial. Since 2 of the judges McCabe will review cases for are Obama appointees I would think that the case, if it makes it past the magistrate review, does not have a good chance of being heard by a sympathic judge. Anyone in S. Florida w. more info?
