A Burger King employee in Florida allegedly shot a customer after he threw mayonnaise at her face, police and local reports said.
Shateasha Hicks, 30, was arrested Thursday and charged with discharging a firearm in public after the incident at the Miami Gardens fast-food joint

I have no problem with this.
What if it was Acid? or Contaminated Blood?
Shot for spreading mayonnaise? A bit much, but you shouldn’t throw shiite at people and expect nothing to happen.
Easy win for this one in a jury trial.
In some places across this fair land, if a maniac was in the act of raping your 5 yo daughter, you couldn’t shoot, but could only call 911 or retreat to your safe place.
Nationwide Constitutional Carry.
A few months, perhaps a year or two of idiocy as the “Karens” and other assorted Arseholes are cleansed from the planet, then . . . Peace.
