There’s no doubt about it: the vaccine companies have a license to kill. They can kill as many people as they want and nobody in America is going to stop them. It’s all perfectly legal.

The most frustrating thing about this pandemic is that there is no doubt that the drug companies have killed over 150,000 Americans, yet nobody with authority to stop these vaccines wants to talk about the evidence. The vaccine program is done under the pretext of saving 10,000 lives (the Pfizer Phase 3 trial showed the drug saved approximately one COVID life for every 22,000 people fully vaccinated for the COVID variants existing over 1 year ago), but nobody really wants to look at the excess all-cause mortality caused by the vaccines (aka “the collateral damage”).

Is there a viable cause of action to stop any of this? I haven’t found it.

The law shields the drug companies, and everyone associated with the vaccination process from all liability. They basically have a license to kill.

The CDC should be criminally negligent for not recognizing the obvious safety signals. However, because they are an authority in the minds of the court, they can do no wrong. There is a “reasonable minds may differ” defense here and our courts believe that the CDC has reasonable minds. So how can there be negligence when reasonable minds don’t find a safety signal? It’s the perfect crime. You can literally get away with murder.

People are being killed but nobody is being charged with a crime, AFAIK. Are there any district attorneys or state or federal prosecutors that can find a viable cause of action?

The evidence

The evidence of harm has been hiding in plain sight including:

1. An estimated reportable adverse event rate of 20% of those fully vaccinated (there are over 200M vaccinated, 1M VAERS reports and VAERS is at least 41X underreported)

2. An estimated death due to vaccine of over 150K Americans

3. Embalmers reporting up to 93% of cases have telltale blood clots associated with the vaccine

4. Blood before/after vaccination is visually very different

5. Rates of myocarditis as high as 2% (Monte Vista Christian School and a private conversation with a DoD doctor)

6. Rates of neurological damage as high as 4.5% (Israeli MOH survey).

7. A minimum of 30% (Peter Schirmacher’s study) to 93% (Bhakdi’s study) of deaths post vaccine attributed to the vaccine

8. A post-marketing survey disclosed by Pfizer that is pretty consistent with the VAERS data reports (I’ll write a separate substack on this later, but I didn’t see any smoking gun that isn’t already in VAERS where we already knew about thousands of adverse event types).

9. An estimate of deaths and URF by Joel Smalley using death data in Massachusetts that confirms earlier numbers. Joel calculated a URF of 41, matching mine exactly! He also calculated a deaths per million doses (dpmd) of 945 which is even higher than the 411 dpmd calculated by Mathew Crawford.

10. The Skidmore paper, “How Many People Died from the Covid-19 Inoculations? An Estimate Based on a Survey of the United States Population,” which estimated 294,000 excess deaths from the vaccine.

11. German insurance company data estimate done by Mathew Crawford yielding an estimate of 120,000 deaths in the US caused by the vaccines

12. Troubling anecdotal reports

More recently, we now also have evidence of reverse transcription in vitro which is troubling because the CDC assured us that this could not happen. We don’t know the in vivo rates. In plain English, in test tube experiments, part of the gene sequence from the vaccine is getting sent back into our DNA which is extremely troubling to everyone because that wasn’t supposed to happen. It is important to note that we are not yet seeing the actual transposition of spike DNA into the host/human genome where this can permanently alter the human genome (and likely not in a good way). For the record, I think the large majority of what’s going around, fueling “vaccine hesitancy” on the “right”, is based on faulty understanding of the VAERS and/or simple ignorance of science.

BUT, if you agree, then you should out right say it. Quit playing coy with statements like “you don’t even care”.

As others have said, that’s what those on the left do, guilt/shame people into submission. I’ll say it if you don’t want to, or don’t even agree:

People need to QUIT believing everything they read on the Internet as if it’s some gnostic truth, waiting to be discovered, only “suppressed” by the “Mainstream Media/Global Elites/New World Order”. Get out of your shell, read and understand opposing viewpoints, and most importantly, make some friends with some who actually know about a topic you don’t, in this case, vaccines, virology, and basic science.

The problem not only with COVID but in the world of “social” media in general is a lack of trust among people. People want to believe what they want to believe, regardless of the actual truth, and increasingly look for “articles” or “data” to support their arguments, RATHER than look for things that could possibly prove the opposite of what they believe. This is the problem here, and with other topics. A lack of desire to investigate and then present opposing viewpoints and rebut them on their own merits.

I’m reminded here of the Angelic Doctor. (St. Thomas Aquinas). In his seminal work “Summa Theologica” he took GREAT pains to not only examine, but present opposing viewpoints to his own, presenting them in as thorough and complete a fashion as logic and reason could possibly demand. And then and ONLY then offering his rebuttals.

This dedication to rigor is what is lacking in today’s society as a whole, and in this topic in particular. To start, the author of the OP (not the poster, but the author of the linked source) doesn’t even address the limitations of the VAERS. Doesn’t even bother to address how the VAERS is NOT intended to be used in such a fashion as the author is trying to do. Thus, the conclusions made here are at best, incomplete if not faulty.

Start with something like that. I’m not interested anymore (myself) with such ignorance, which is why I rarely post here anymore. It’s just more of the same lazy pablum that has sadly infected FR.

BUT, with all that said, saying simply “you don’t even care” is even more lazy. At least the OP author did some semblance of work greater than a personally satisfying statement as “you don’t even care”.

I have no answer for you. But I share your frustration believe me. I can only speak for myself.

I continue to support FR financially for two reasons:

1. The left will not stop in their efforts to suppress the Truth. Parler is now effectively dead. Despite fantasies by some, Trump’s “Truth Social” will be crushed as well, that’s just a fact some can’t see for whatever reason. Telegram will probably survive, but just be another repository for insane nuttery as 4chan/8chan is now. So STILL, FR remains the best shot at reasonable discourse, in the foreseeable future.

2. With that said, I still have a conscience of course. This conscience has dictated to me the following facts:

a. I used FR as a source of info/insight for 10 years after 9/11 without paying a dime. I have since realized this was wrong of me, I was a taker, not a giver, in even the most basic definition of those two words.
b. Given “a” above, I have since decided to donate to FR for TWICE the time I have used it, taken from it, to “repay the debt” so to speak. Also, given Mr. Robinson’s personal health condition(s) and/or his family tragedies, coupled with “a” above, I cannot in good conscience stop my monthly contributions, even though, sadly, it (FR) seems to have become another repository, among countless repositories on the Internet, of tin-foil hat (and lazy, as described in my previous post defining “lazy”) nuttery. It’s sad really, because I’m “old enough to remember” when the nuttery was confined to those on the left (DU for example). But I digress....

So that’s where “we” (I) are. I am BOUND (by my own conscience) to continue my financial contributions, to be clear, as a personal debt I believe I owe Mr. Robinson. But make no mistake, past November 7, 2031, the payments will cease forever if, in the meantime, this garbage heap of lunacy is not corrected. Because then, my conscience will tell me “You’re only enabling the insane at this point”. (and by 2031, either the left will have completely won or not, so FR by itself isn’t going to matter as an institution by then either way IMO, if things don’t change here, and on the “right” in general).

That’s just me. Others may feel differently in their desire to support (or not). Not for me to judge.

Of course big Pharma has a "license to kill" as it were, to shield them from
liability, written into law and contract for good faith performance and delivery,
with "the government" taking "responsibility" to address the costs arising from
any resulting deaths or injuries.

This only became controversial when the deaths and injuries reported into
VAERS and similar systems globally, showed that these new "vaccines" were
being credited for more deaths and injuries than all previous Flu Vaccines in
history, combined.

And that bridge was crossed quite some time ago.
