A cynical person - such as I have become - might conclude that what Biden was saying at the moment sparked an idea in her head that made her so excited she couldn't contain herself. If so, that's worrying. Why is the idea of burn pits and soldiers breathing in toxic fumes so exciting to her? Does she have plans she wants to put in play that would lead to that again? Is she looking forward to that eventuality? Where would that be, our men and women fighting for someone else's security in a far off land? Or would they be here, running hastily set up internment camps with burn pits...

In fairness to her, she could have been cold. Old people scratch themselves and do stuff all the time that may seem weird if taken out of context. However, in that very moment, it looked pretty diabolical. I have no doubt that had the Donald done something like that, it would be front page news the next day!

I think Pelosi was on something last night, she was acting like she was high as a kite. Making strange faces, mugging for the camera, jumping up in orgasmic pleasure and clapping madly at every line that Biden uttered, even lines that barely got more than mild applause from the audience. Looked like the type of forced fawning you see in North Korea when Dear Leader speaks.
