Why would Vernon Jones reveal this tactic?
The 22nd amendment says:
“No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.”
Normally you can only get elected twice, and if filling out someone else’s term for more than two years, you only get to be elected once.
It doesn’t say anything about the case where someone fills-out for less than two years.
Two years back from January 20, 2025 is January 20, 2023.
The new Congress gets sworn in on Jan 3rd, 2023.
So any action would then occur after Jan 21st of next year; after the 23rd to be safe, if using 365 + 365 days.

I believe that too. It’s the deep state who wants a war between the US and Russia and they’re the ones fomenting it. War facilitates all of their evil intentions - creating orphans for all the sick things they do with and to them, weakening the US by draining its human and financial resources, pushing fear and chaos on societies who will obey any and all edicts “for their safety” (covid was a test, we failed), strengthening the UN, funding the military complex, etc. They just haven’t had a good war in too long for their liking and it’s time to start another one to revive the 16 year plan. A US military that has been compromised from within by social engineering and covid mandates isn’t the strongest force they’ve ever created at the current time.

I dunno how relevant this is, but yesterday afternoon I fired up YouTube to see if anyone was live streaming from Ukraine like was done in Ottawa recently.
I found several streams, all of fixed cameras in Kiev and a few other cities. All showed nothing untoward, just a quiet evening with no signs of violence or war.
Very different from what we hear. Not that that is a surprise.
