"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Sounds like 2008 all over again.
As long as inflation keeps going up and the Fed (t.m. -DeepState) keeps ratcheting the rates, you will not be able to sell at that price as existing home sales will falter causing a buyer’s market.
Just be careful that some taxing board doesn’t start thinking about taxing “unrealized future income”.

The constitutionality of any legislative act is the sole purview of the Supreme Court (State of Federal).
Until that act is presented before the court in it’s final and approved form, NO ONE can deter it as unconstitutional.
