except when they are all on a boat on fire and in the middle of the ocean
And what is the ‘carbon footprint’ of thousands of burning electric cars in the Atlantic?
That’s the problem with these battery operated car lovers....the can’t wrap their minds around where the other end of that charge cord is connected to.
LOL that was the very first thing I thought of
And not just the carbon footprint, the toxic heavy metal compounds that must be getting released into the air!
Energy is neither created nor destroyed. It can only be transferred.
Funny how silent the media is on the little inconvenient detail that is sure to be the environmental impact of a whole ship full of cars on fire.
And in many places, 70 percent of electric comes from burning fossil fuels.
But don’t tell anyone :)
Well, pretty sure they aren’t all EVs. And the ship itself? I didn’t see any sails or sail rigging in the photos. Unlike bezos boat which has masts and stuff. But, dollars to donuts there are some big diesel motors hidden away for when there’s no kamala happening.
>> Electric cars need burning fossil fuels since there is not enough electricity from wind or solar or hydro or nuclear. <<
Electric cars are also far more efficient. And natural gas creates far less carbon per unit energy than gasoline. And electric cars can charge during peak production hours and use the energy during peak demand hours.
Early photos showed smoke coming from the bow. Not many big diesels located there
Later images show most of the side of the hull melted away. Again, not an engine room fire
Did Monty Python come back for that picture ,LOL
As I understand it an ev is responsible for the fire ...is that not accurate?
I saw a guy make some energy on Youtube.
It wasn’t much, but he is working on a bigger model, it should be out soon. I am an investor and expect it to pay out big.
Soon I will have two Rolls. One in black and one in white. But I’ll remember all you guys, don’t worry.
And what kind of carbon footprint is produced when those cars are made; then too, where do they get their recharging power from?
According to this WSJ article the EVs started the whole thing
Not true, I invented an energy creatorinator after watching a few episodes of finneas and ferb
“Soon I will have two Rolls”
Just make sure they aren’t battery powered.
