"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

Notice it is also on “mW/m^2.” So we are seeing a peak of around 20, not 20,000. You see, according to the manufacturer, it is actually accurate to 0.001 mW/m^2. Now, England and Australia may not believe in the use of commas, but the manufacturer of the device did not make that period a replacement for a comma in the thousands position. The legal limit for RF power at cell phone frequencies is:
