Navy SEAL's Reading of 'Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death' Speech Goes Viral - Now People Want Him to Run for Office

Retired Navy SEAL Jocko Willink posted a fiery reading of Patrick Henry’s “Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death” speech that quickly went viral prompting calls for him to run for office.

Willink did not explain what inspired his rendition of Henry’s iconic 1775 speech, but it was widely understood to rebuke the ongoing government overreach concerning coronavirus restrictions and mandates.

The decorated Navy veteran appeared to recite the speech from MEMORY, emphasizing certain phrases that are alarmingly relevant to the tyrannical times we’re living in now.

The speech Willink recited exhorted Americans to take a stand against government tyranny or they’ll cede their rights to power-hungry bureaucrats forever.

Justin Trudeau, liberal prime minister of Canada, took the extraordinary step invoking that nation’s Emergencies Act to stop peaceful trucker demonstrations against his draconian vaccine mandates.

Ironically, the “vast majority” of Canadian truckers are vaccinated but oppose FORCED vaccinations as a violation of bodily integrity and personal freedom.

Trudeau’s administration then went a step further by suspending insurance on protesters’ trucks and freezing their bank accounts.

I can easily see how that same emotion ran through the Virginia House of Burgesses meeting that night.

I find Jocko Willink's recitation of "Give Me LIberty, Or Give Me Death" utterly riveting. He's not theatrical (IMHO) because he is NOT acting.

When Afghanistan was falling (being handed to the Chinese), Willink looked into the camera, 100% sincere, and outlined his plans to save Americans still in the country, plans that sounded plausible. Plans unlike any I heard elsewhere, least of all from the Traitor in Chief. Willink outlined his rescue plan Afghanistan with such fierce resolve, I had to stop myself from the instinct to 'drop and do 50' (pushups). This is a man that people would follow (metaphorically) into the Shadow of the Valley of Death. If only someone had employed his plan, his talents.

I have lately been reading a book about the battle for our Independence. It includes a lot of correspondence, speech quotes, and pertinent info that clearly shows we are in the same battle for our freedom today, as our nation was in those days so long ago. The globalists, and our country’s government are the monarchy today. They see us as weak, uneducated children, who cannot make decisions for ourselves, but have to be told what to think, do and say. Like George III, our government looks down on us, despises us for wanting to be free, and have true representation in Congress, not aristocrats who have spent a lifetime lining their pockets with cash, while supposedly looking out for our best interests. Our peaceful protests have been met with violence, not just from Antifa and BLM, but from the monarchy government that protects them at every turn. History is truly repeating itself, but the end of this battle is still unwritten. Will we remain free, booting out the tyrants who try to weaken our rights and freedoms every day, or will we end up in a slave nation, run by dictators, who will try to crush us more, and more, each day...each year?

Good post. I often wonder about people who post such stuff as Dead Corpse. If he isn’t a dem plant, my guess he’s a libertarian posing as a conservative on this conservative site.

I’m opposed to the RINO’s, but not all Repubs are RINO’s.
