I had a History teacher recite Patrick Henry’s “Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death” speech in its entirety - when he was done the whole class jumped up and cheered!

I can easily see how that same emotion ran through the Virginia House of Burgesses meeting that night.

I find Jocko Willink's recitation of "Give Me LIberty, Or Give Me Death" utterly riveting. He's not theatrical (IMHO) because he is NOT acting.

When Afghanistan was falling (being handed to the Chinese), Willink looked into the camera, 100% sincere, and outlined his plans to save Americans still in the country, plans that sounded plausible. Plans unlike any I heard elsewhere, least of all from the Traitor in Chief. Willink outlined his rescue plan Afghanistan with such fierce resolve, I had to stop myself from the instinct to 'drop and do 50' (pushups). This is a man that people would follow (metaphorically) into the Shadow of the Valley of Death. If only someone had employed his plan, his talents.

I have lately been reading a book about the battle for our Independence. It includes a lot of correspondence, speech quotes, and pertinent info that clearly shows we are in the same battle for our freedom today, as our nation was in those days so long ago. The globalists, and our country’s government are the monarchy today. They see us as weak, uneducated children, who cannot make decisions for ourselves, but have to be told what to think, do and say. Like George III, our government looks down on us, despises us for wanting to be free, and have true representation in Congress, not aristocrats who have spent a lifetime lining their pockets with cash, while supposedly looking out for our best interests. Our peaceful protests have been met with violence, not just from Antifa and BLM, but from the monarchy government that protects them at every turn. History is truly repeating itself, but the end of this battle is still unwritten. Will we remain free, booting out the tyrants who try to weaken our rights and freedoms every day, or will we end up in a slave nation, run by dictators, who will try to crush us more, and more, each day...each year?

Willink and another Seal, Leif Babin, wrote “Extreme Ownership.” They’re equally awesome storytellers. Very good to see him out there. He has experiences that no man should have had to endure, but he’s a true warrior for it.
