Another Major COVID Testing Company — Which Got $186 Million From The Feds — Is Under Investigation As Complaints Pile Up

O'Hare Clinical Lab, a Chicago-based testing chain with pop-ups across the United States, is facing complaints and investigations in multiple states. Some customers told Block Club their results were delayed by weeks — or never arrived at all.

But some customers told Block Club they’re still waiting on results from tests they took weeks ago.

A suburban Glenview woman said she went to an O’Hare Clinical Lab testing site three times with her family in early January, taking rapid and PCR tests. The rapid tests came back negative — but they’ve yet to receive any of the PCR test results from their three visits, despite calling, emailing and filling out an online form, she said.

Chicago Polyclinic, a company owned by Mohamed Sirajudeen, is the management company for O’Hare Clinical Lab. Management companies provide services, like marketing materials and supplies, to pop-up testing sites.

The Glenview woman said she and her family have yet to receive any PCR test results after testing at an O’Hare Clinical Lab site three times and contacting the company to ask for help. They tested in the first week of January.

All the test sites are sponsored by and listed by the State of Illinois.

Owned by Mohamed Sirajudeen... And I had wondered why every hole in the wall mosque in DuPage County was a test site.

Our son and wife went for tests and they ran out of tests, can happen. But, THEY RECEIVED RESULTS FOR THE TEST THEY DID NOT TAKE???

A friend went and received the results, but said they had to give EXTENSIVE identification and insurance info for a "FREE" covid test. Everything but dental X-rays.

My wife went and now we receive an INFINITE number of calls from various medical agencies across the state, if the caller ID is valid? We answered the first dozen or so, all asking if she was vaxed, where, when...

I may be a bit paranoid but suspect the state is building or attempting to build a huge database for no good purpose.

The PCR test has been ruled invalid.

First by the WHO 01-20-2021...Bad Orange Man gone.

Second was during Christmas week of 2021 by the CDC.

I have long thought that this mass testing gives very misleading if not false results. The tests are being conducted in makeshift settings like tents in parking lots and then are being processed by the thousands in some unknown factory “labs”. Who is running these “labs”? Are there any quality controls? Is there some financial incentives for reporting numbers not actual real test results? The tests themselves are certainly not 100% accurate and the potential for slipshod if not fraudulent reporting of results make these COVID positive numbers highly suspect.

—” PCR test has been ruled invalid.”

Depends on the actual procedure used; amplification.

I’ll bet Mohamed Sirajudeen‘s history of political donations would be illustrative.

Yet another example of our government's incompetence. No private company would pay out 186 million dollars to a vendor without knowing everything about them. It looks like the government payables people didn't spend ten minutes google searching to learn about the COVID testing companies they were paying.

One of the other "free" COVID testing companies in Illinois was run by a young couple who previously ran a bar with axe throwing contests and posted pictures on Instagram of their lavish lifestyle including posing with exotic cars in front of their mansion.

Ten minutes of google searching would have raised dozens of red flags. For one of the companies apparently the only MD with the same name as the "Chief Medical Officer" was an 85 year old retired doctor who lived on the other side of the country.

It's not their money so the government wastes hundreds of millions of dollars sending it to vendors that don't do a good job, or in some cases any job at all.

Are there any quality controls?

For some of the labs the answer appears to be no. And for some of the labs there may never have been any testing at all for a lot of the samples they took. Or they tested samples that had sat at room temperature for a week and were therefore meaningless.

Unfortunately as soon as the government is handing out cash there are people unscrupulous enough to design a scheme to take the money for their own purposes.

—”Are there any quality controls?”

Not likely to be a three-sigma operation.

But they did collect the user information.

The death of the PCR test was greatly exaggerated.

An excellent question!

Nothing jumps out from OPEN SECRETS or Follow The Money?

Not a big surprise.

Their brother-in-law told them everything they needed to know about the contractor.

The test results and lab work is all eyewash.
