It’s a picture from “The Tale of Samuel Whiskers, or The Roly-Poly Pudding” by Beatrix Potter. The rats, Samuel Whiskers and Anna Maria, have wrapped Tom Kitten in dough and are planning to bake him.
I assume the Russian caption explains this, but I’ll ask my husband when he gets home from his walk.

Using the mobile Google translator app, you can aim it at anything - sign, menu, document, etc - and it will translate it before your eyes.
Pretty amazing.
I have a call into Boris & Natasha, so I get a translation soon enough.
I typed the top in using the screen Russian keyboard. The title line appears to translate to Liberal
“Drink your Ovaltine”.
But seriously, get a free translator app on your phone, you can enter text, or click the camera symbol as input and point your phone at it. It’ll translate it as you point at it.
Good for street signs, packaging, etc.
Use Google translate on your phone in camera mode. Hold your camera up to the pic and it will translate right on your screen.
It says “Liberals, doesn’t want to live together.”
It means, Liberals don’t want friendship.

2nd pass...Liberals. Thanks to the rest of the gang jumping in while I flipped tabs trying to match the Russian keyboard to the word in the image. I'm having a go a learning Russian on top of German, Welsh, Gaelic, Spanish, Japanese, Irish and a few more.
