It felt like someone put tacks in my eyelids, every time I blinked.
Fortunately, I was sleeping about 20 hours a day, so I didn’t blink that much.
I will never know if it was Covid, because there where no tests to be had here, but my husband and I were just flattened by whatever it was.
I had sore, red eyes too.
My wife was totally unaffected.
We had some brief hilarious conversations that went like this:
Wife: “You need to see a doctor.”
Me: “%$# the &^%ing doctors. No ^%$#ing way. The only way you are bringing me to a doctor is if I am so weak I can’t fight back.”

Mine lasted 24 hours too. Headache and tired, but that’s usually from my wife working on my weaknesses. I’m 74 years old.
That was “Brain Cloud”. This is “Brain Fog”. Totally different. Not even on the same level.
Based on number 11, all leftists have had it for decades.
More than a cold, less than flu.
Day 3 for me. Went out to move a chord of wood and do some chores. Got tired pretty quick. I’ll give it a bit more time and continue the McCullough protocol.
I did not test. Waste of time. Most tests positive by these days. Even if you just have a cold. What happened to flu season? Global warming or something?
Another cold spell coming so need to clean the stove. The last wood is not well cured so it will not burn good and hot.
Sort of. I’m on the back end of it now. It’s like a very bad cold … or flu. Or maybe a combo of those. Was doing better this morning (day 5) but my fever is climbing again. My wife lost some sense of taste, I have not. But I am very congested and occasionally feel like I’ve swallowed glass.
I had 1-9. Lasted for about 2 days (last Monday and Tuesday). Worked from home for 5 days and am back in the office this week.
The only reason I even got tested is that my company required it.
My wife came down with it last Tuesday and is about 80% over it, but she has other health issues slowing her recovery.

So, “Omicron” is a combination of the common cold, the flu and seasonal allergies. BFD!!!

What protocol are you following? Vit c, D, zinc, quercetin? IVM
Was following C D Zinc and Quercetin. Now I have a Z pack and a steroid. Decent improvement in one day after Z peak.
Maybe not a BFD, but it's no fun either. I'm 5 days into it and my fever is going back up again after falling yesterday.
It was a doctor in Africa who tested a paw-paw and it was positive, as I remember.
