This is each dose consisting of two tablets
Dosage is three times per day.
It is my understanding that because our bodies dump vitamin c out so easily, that by taking this dose 3x/day, you are essentially keeping blood saturation of vitamin c levels high throughout the day, along with the lysine, so that the scrubbing continues, uninterrupted.
Some studies suggest even higher doses, but I’m not comfortable with escalating yet.
BTW Dr Addis has not yet posted his 10 for 10 video on this subject, that I can find. I’ll keep looking for it to be pushed and when it is, I’ll post the link. I am not affiliated with him in any manner and have never met the man.
One other note...Dr Linus Pauling ( who did the studies in 2012-14) is a two time Nobel Prize recipient FWIW
I could be wrong be wrong but I think Pauling considered Vitamin C so essential for heath he recommended it be put on restaurant tables in shakers like salt.
