Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

I am so grateful to Dr. Z.
Although I have studied many trustworthy doctors on this plandemic, he consistently gives useable information on what to do to avoid the killing fields that exist now in formerly competent settings. America’s Frontline Doctors and others are great too but Dr. Z is my favorite to listen to.
As you know, he minces no words on the plandemic and the outcome the cabal desires.
I like when Dr.Z quotes the Bible (Amos). Recently he was asked (I think it was Stew Peters) “Dr. Zelenko, what can we do?” Dr.Z said “Turn away from evil, do good, and live.” Only then did he explain his treatment that anyone can get at a Walgreens in a few minute’s time.
A humble man serving God and humanity.

My brother caught it and his wife (my sister in law) didn’t; she takes HCQ for rheumatoid arthritis.

Now docs are often women who are feminists and who tend to follow rules.they are employees of HMOs who get paid only if the document everything, and follow the rules, but not if they spend time talking trivia with the patient.
The rules are decided by experts who analyze a bunch of articles and decide how you should practice ...but a lot of these opinions are garbage in, garbage out, as you see in Ivermectin, which included patients who were terminal, not patients who were given it early, even though we know other anti virals need to be given early to stop the disease.

The district policy is that those not “up to date” ( 2 shots and a two week old booster) who are exposed must stay home 5 days after contact and test negative before returning.
Those up to date who have had Covid in the last 3 months can just continue working. Those up to date who have not recently had Covid just test. They can work as soon as they have a negative test.
I know it is full of holes, but that’s the policy.

IDK, but I doubt it as Q warned regarding date setting. As for the status of the individuals mentioned, that began when they started to play war against the US. All that happens at the one year anniversary of occupation is that the Geneva Conventions aren't the controlling authority anymore.
