The pain in the back comes from the fever the liver is producing, reacting to being overloaded by the higher than normal free iron in the blood it’s trying to clean. Short answer, yes. That’s based on their own disclosures about their chemistry and vehicles. Exception might be Johnson who has disclosed less. They have also acknowledged cutting the potency along the way so some doses might be minimal. We also know there are salt water placebos. But it’s only a matter of degree, not yes or no. We actually get a lot of this dope from the Brits and Israelis who have more comprehensive national reporting systems.

Yup, it renders the niacin useless. In the NiaCur protocol it's on the list for anti. You get enough niacin in to push out inflammation and you'll get plenty of zinc and quercetin absorbed into your system from food.
