My work just sent out a memo that if you're not vaccinated you MUST wear a mask at all times. Period----at my desk, in the yard, the shop all day long. I asked if I could come in on off days, work from home, etc and he called back and said "no". I told him I will take off tomorrow and Friday (our days in the office) to think about it. I told him about my allergies...he didn't care. They know I had covid and I sent numerous studies---they didn't care. He actually laughed when I asked what the end game is and when he gets covid and is where I am today. Also, I have mentioned of being harrassed in the office because I'm not vaxxed....He said "that's not right and shouldn't happen" but he seem to not care much.
The irony, out of the 8 salespeople in the office, 6 are out with Covid and all of them have been vaccinated. I am 1 of 2 that's not vaxxed but had Covid and willing to come in "unmasked"---he didn't care for that comment either.
They won't give me a timeframe and I'm really fed up with this "woke" crap. It's been happening here since the vaccines rolled out.
Here's a bit of information---I have been there 35 years, always #1 or #2 in sales. The place is kind of a sucky place to work, but the money is pretty darn good---when you sell. Would you die on this hill? I'm about to.....

The only person who can answer that question is you and your family.
Ask yourself, can you and your family survive if you lose your job.
Personally, I would consider my health in determining what decision I would make, living with the stress of a job you hate or treats you poorly may be more stress than you can handle.
I would also consider my age, am I old enough to not care about losing my job or am I confident of getting a new job without the vaccine requirements
Although I never experienced anything like a pandemic in my IT Career, I did have to live with employees getting really screwed when the entire computer industry was going thru the change from mainframes to personal computers, which saw major companies eliminated.
I watched men/women nearing retirement get shafted, who were crying like babies upon learning they had lost their jobs. I was in my mid-20s and made a promise to myself to never allow that to happen to me and always have a plan B in case I ever got shafted by a company, it served me well over the years, many companies will attempt to shaft their employees but it makes it much easier on the employee if they have a Plan B and give the company the middle finger...

Some employers have acknowledged that their ‘vaxxed’ staff is out sick a lot and have asked the unvaccinated to return.
I hope you will not have the ‘vaccine’, which can end your life or simply your quality of life and ability to work, for this current problem. I just have seen too many videos of people with lasting seizure disorders etc., read too many records of the shattered quality of life and ‘cognitive’ issues to think any one employer worth it.

A vaccine is another thing altogether. I would die on THAT hill, (and was prepared to before my company relented).
I’m fully vaxxed and getting a booster soon. But let me ask you this: If the government knew the vaccines were causing damage or death, do you think they would tell you? I don’t think they would but I’ve never a problem with vaccines.

The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on this case this Friday (1/7/22). I suspect they’ll try to expedite their decision give the urgency for many people.
I admire your attitude and salute you whatever you decide. I have been delivered too many times from terrible circumstances by God. It always happened right on time.
Either resign, wear the mask, or get vaccinated. I think vaccination would be best, but if you don’t want that, just wear the mask.
I would send your boss an email. Ask for all further communications to be in writing. Keep a record.

I work with HR . We demand unvaxxed employees get tested every week. Only about half of them are doing it. Maybe less. The school just kinda ignores it because we can’t afford to lose people.
We have to be boosted by Feb 1. Even though I am getting boosted for other reasons, I may not submit it. If they threaten to fire me, I’ll remind my boss that he and I are both millionaires and we can afford lawyers. And I can walk across the street(literally....a fed contracting outfit) and get hired for more money.
Have you been following the studies coming out. Extra immunity if any is for 3 months. Then you are increasingly susceptible to COVID more so than if you had never been jabbed.

Numerous studies show that masks don't work yet the company refuses to address this. The package itself says "not for medical use". The same government officials who issue the diktats have been caught without them, including Fauxi himself.
Do you really think that you can comply your way out of this? They've moved the goalposts several times already and will continue to do so. The time for resistance is now. Once you cross the line and comply with these Pfascist diktats, how do you argue not continuing down that path? "Well Mike, you clearly agreed COVID-1984 is dangerous because you wore the mask. Now that a new variant is out, you need to get the Jim Jones Jab for the same reason." See where they force you?
These policies are intentionally irrelevant. Years ago, otherwise reasonable people told themselves they could avoid the Left calling them out if they accepted that a man who removed their penis and took hormones could be a woman. Now one is ostracized if they don't accept all lunacy from deranged individuals. The time to draw the line was the very beginning and tell them "no, men are not women no matter what argument on the continuum you try to make."
Your company is likely trying to force people out and using COVID-1984 as a cover to do so. I'd update the resume and start looking at your company's competitors. These companies are going to be begging for talent in the near future and you'd much rather reward one that had already had clear vision and morality.
