Sorry gran, I went back to sleep. I woke up at 4:30 and if I stayed up I’d be miserable. Snowed last night, more snow expected today.
I did watch the ball drop in NYC, thought the same thing I have anytime I watch, that it’s much better watching on TV than in the crowd.
You are welcome everyone. Last night’s celebration was a success. The kitchen and bar made big bucks. After cleaning up we didn’t get home until 1 a.m.

I am on day 3 of Ivermectin and I’m guessing I will at full strength tomorrow.
Problem with that is, 5-9 inches of snow expected overnight thru the early am.

Though when I was young, I would have loved to be there.
I watched the clips this morning that somebody had posted to YouTube of Fox which showed the ball dropping, so I didn’t miss out.
And yet you still fixed us a wonderful breakfast.

You can swing by my SIL’s home, she is making black-eyed peas with okra this morning.
But just don’t tell her you are un-vaxed.
I’ve had several requests for my pizza dough. Easy peasy. I use Einkorn flour and well water. Purified water would be okay. I haven’t made it with any other flour but probably okay. Mix one cup flour with 1 1/4 warm water (see above) and 1 teaspoon active dry yeast and 1 teaspoon salt. Let it sit at room temp for 15 minutes. It should bubble. Mix four cups flour and two teaspoon fine ground kosher or sea salt. Mix till flour is moistened. Turn out on floured surface and kneed for two or three minutes. Put back in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let sit at room temp for two hours. Punch down and divide into four balls. Spread out to pizza dough size. In the meantime, heat over to 500 degrees and put two cookie sheets in there to heat up. Put all the fixings you want on the pizza dough and transfer to the hot cookie sheets (that’s the hard part) and put in oven for 6-8 minutes. Watch carefully. Serve.
