thanx, daily, in conjunction with 3000 IU’s of D3 -
I take a multi-pill -800 IU D3;B6 10MG;CALCIUM 500MG;MAGNESIUM80MG;ZINC 10MG;COPPER 1MG;MANGANESE 1MG;BORON 1MG.

Plus all my daily co-morbidity meds.
