What I take is or one or two daily of the 10000 D3 in the red plastic bottle at Amazon ---- https://www.amazon.com/Carlyle-Vitamin-Softgels-Promotes-Supplement/dp/B07GRBQY5B -- I like the red bottle. It makes your daily D3 more noticeable and harder to neglect.
Best way to take your D3, for best absorption, is coming soon from me----
I also take D3 with K2 by Now Foods and magnesium supplement. High dose D3 should be taken w these two.
Now Foods also makes a magnesium in two forms-- https://www.amazon.com/Supplements-Magnesium-Bisglycinate-Powder-8-Ounce/dp/B00NIJ03C0 --- This uses to 2 glycinates to chelate the magnesium so is more absorbable than common mag glycinate which bonds magnesium into one glycinate. Probably the bisglycinate crosses the blood brain barrier better to sharpen your mind. I am currently using Mag - bisglycinate but will be buying some of the mag-glycinate too
But with the bisglycinate you get less magnesium per capsule than the common magnesium glycinate. Magnesium l-threonate is very expensive, but comes highly recommended (by Life extension company and others) for crossing the blood brain barrier. Buy some of the Mag Threonate to mix and match your magnesium intake. Magnesium is also very good for your heart.
Read the Amazon reviews for Magnesium Threonate. If you have money to spend mostly use this form of magnesium.
I am not as well versed in HCQ and Ivermectin, so please post on our beloved horse paste. I do have a great formula for bulletproof coffee coming next.
I’m hooked on the horse paste. Even bought a snazzy holster for it.

I am using Amazon just for example -— Here are other online outfits I have ordered from

You can get too much vitamin D, just be careful. My wife was deficient and was instructed to take OTC D3 but gets regular blood tests to make sure she is within the lower and upper limits.
You now belong to the Horsey Set. High income people to socialize with. At their garden parties, getting out the Chardonnay and the young colts.
While the rough and tough Montana Horsey Set that I watch these days -— Yellowstone -— https://www.paramountnetwork.com/shows/yellowstone
I’ve been using the liquid Magonate for years. It’s made a tremendous difference in my overall health.
Liquid Vitamin D3 is absorbed better than tablets/capsules. I add D3 drops to my orange juice every morning.
HCQ... Gin and lots of tonic daily.
“You can get too much vitamin D, just be careful.”
This is where K2 and magnesium come in to augment and moderate D3 when you are taking high doses. Nonetheless, D3 toxicity is highly overrated by the medical establishment. It is very uncommon. D3 toxicity is 95% bs and FUD. Coming from the same conformist Medico clowns who want you vaxxxxed to the maxxxx and your children too.
I predicted months ago that once you get on the Cov-vaxxx treadmill, it will be difficult to get off. So now we have the same Medicos telling you to get booster shot after booster shot -—AND you will learn to like it!
The Horsey Set gets together to trade paste recipes.
10000 to 20000 IU of D3 per a day seems really high. I don’t think people should be taking that much unless they’re having their blood tested regularly.
I took magnesium biglycinate some years ago with no problems, but recently I found that it made it really difficult for me to sleep — a bit strange given that mangesium, and especially magnesium glycinate, is generally considered beneficial for sleep. Anyway, I avoid magnesium glycinate/biglycinate these days and instead opt for the more pedestrian magnesium citrate.
I had blood work in August, my vitamin D number was 78, I was told anything above 50 is good to fight covid.
I got covid in Sept but only the fatigue and loss of taste and smell. My doctor rechecked my vitamin D level in Oct. and it was 70. My white blood count was horrific as was my B 12 level but both are now back.
I did end up in the hospital with cellulitis in Oct, probably because my immune system couldn’t fight it off.
bkmk
Do you take it prophylactically?
Maybe every two weeks - squirt an appropriate amount on a spoon and fill with yogurt. Down the hatch.
Yes we take 4,000 units of D3 with K2 daily but I don’t think I would go much above that. We also take C, Quercetin, zinc, and turmeric plus lately homemade HCQ. So far not a sniffle.
Sam’s Club and Costco sell generic D3 for less per pill.
Also, taking resveratrol makes the D3 receptors more sensitive, increasing absorption.
I fully agree with taking magnesium and Vitamin K with D3, but be sure that it is K2; this helps to keep the calcium that D3 helps to produce in your bones where it belongs, and out of your arteries.
Best way to get Vit D is from the sun. Run around naked and absorb it. Also tends to keep people at 33 ft away too.
I think anything above that is too much. Lot of Freepers here talking about ridiculous amounts of D3 in other threads, like 10,000 units, seems like overkill to me.
Also a diet with plenty of eggs and fatty fish like salmon and sardines will further ensure adequate levels of D3.
I also take zinc and C every day.
Never been sick during this whole COVID thing even though I spend much time in NYC and on public transportation. I also don't believe in masking or social distancing. I also don't mind being in crowds.
Or Hylands Leg Cramp tablets, found at Walgreens or CVS. Cinchona Bark is main ingredient.

Or get quinine tablets.
