I’m hooked on the horse paste. Even bought a snazzy holster for it.

You can get too much vitamin D, just be careful. My wife was deficient and was instructed to take OTC D3 but gets regular blood tests to make sure she is within the lower and upper limits.

Liquid Vitamin D3 is absorbed better than tablets/capsules. I add D3 drops to my orange juice every morning.

10000 to 20000 IU of D3 per a day seems really high. I don’t think people should be taking that much unless they’re having their blood tested regularly.

I took magnesium biglycinate some years ago with no problems, but recently I found that it made it really difficult for me to sleep — a bit strange given that mangesium, and especially magnesium glycinate, is generally considered beneficial for sleep. Anyway, I avoid magnesium glycinate/biglycinate these days and instead opt for the more pedestrian magnesium citrate.

After treatment for breast cancer, my oncologist recommended I take 2000IU per day of Vitamin D. So I did. Then I went to my rheumatologist & after blood work, she told me to lower my D to no more than 1000IU if that much. My D level was almost 100 but honestly, which one is right? Why would a rheumatologist be concerned about that level? I’m just not sure why Vitamin D is an issue to one doc & not the other!
Is there danger in a high D level?

I heard vitamins make tumors grow big and strong. Apparently vitamins are not only good for you, but good for them too.
