The View’s already difficult path to replacing Meghan McCain as its resident conservative co-host was made slightly more difficult when one contender made clear she would not get vaccinated for COVID-19.
Fox News contributor Lisa Marie Boothe interviewed with ABC News and The View executives earlier this year, a source close to Boothe told The Daily Beast. Those conservations ended, this person with knowledge of the situation said, after the conservative pundit made clear to the network that she will not get any of the required jabs against the coronavirus.
An ABC News source confirmed to The Daily Beast that the network had conversations with Boothe, among “dozens and dozens” of candidates. The show never had an opportunity to offer her a guest-hosting spot or book a potential date. And once Boothe’s stance on vaccinations became apparent, the source said, further conversation became a “moot point” and a “non-starter” due to the network’s strict policies.

Not exactly of the same import, but last summer I was invited to be a presenter at a major international conference in my field for this coming April. They had been saying that COVID was no big deal and that it was being dealt with. Last month when I informed them of my attitude toward their emerging pathogen protocol, I was disinvited within 24 hours. Too bad, but it gives me two less things to bother with (the presentation and the accompanying book chapter).
FOX is now requiring all employees who work in NYC to be vaccinated or be terminated.

Hahahahahaha soon to be 82, I am in better shape than most 65 year old Americans. I can mow my entire suburban size lawn in hot and humid Florida summers with a push mower without needing to stop. All my retired neighbors hire mowing services. I am thinking of joining a ballet dance class in summer. This has been a huge turn around in my health since my late 50’s when I was forced to retire early because of several health issues. Today I have zero health issues. So take my advice, and begin a DAILY exercise routine. It is way more superior way to stay healthy, to any nutrition pills, medicines, foods, etc. I take no zinc pills, no ICQ, No ICM, no special diet. Just 1 a day vitamin pill is all I indulge when I remember. Only foods I buy are what is on sale at Aldi.

I think it’s adolescent to say you aren’t getting the vaccine as a middle finger to Biden/Trump’s tyranny. I mean decide it’s healthy to get or it’s not healthy. Fine.
