One thing I noticed was that instead of running for cover when the cop pulled out his gun, some people got out their cell phones to take video and actually moved in closer. A sign of our times.

I was working at that same airport when two police officers were escorting a man to be deported. The guy grabbed one of their revolvers and shot and killed the cop. He was the favorite officer working in the airport.
