I couldn’t try the Niatonin because I over-react to the tiniest amount of Melatonin (I turn into a drugged zombie, literally stumbling around for 24 hours) with such as small amount it can barely be seen on the end of a toothpick. Plus so sciencey it’s beyond my feeble intellect.
Niatonin, the niacin solution, is now "melatonin-free", incorporating butyrate to ensure that the gut generates natural melatonin -- like it's supposed to. You might want to give it another look. I haven't seen any reports of sleepiness from the natural melatonin so generated.
The melatonin doesn’t bother me. I can take 10mg and function fine. Even the Niacin didn’t cause a flush until I got around 150-200mg but I can’t find anything that says it’s safe, except in here. I trust the IVM much more. When I took it once a week for 8 weeks I felt great!
“Overreact to melanin”
And I thought I was the only one who felt like I had been drugged.
