What do folks use on tunafish, instead of mayo?
Wow. This anecdote from @NellieBowles about how the NYT wouldn't publish her story on the damage done by the Kenosha riots until after the election is really damning. https://t.co/35jG248iya pic.twitter.com/O3nRi6mu9w— Mark Hemingway (@Heminator) November 19, 2021
tartar sauce, mustard, or just a little horseradish or wasabi.

I use sweet green relish and a touch of Miracle Whip to bind it all together.
Mustard, believe it or not....
or smashed up avacado, or hummus.
If you don't use mustard, add ground turmeric (for health, not taste).
If you want taste, add a dash of dried chili pepper and cumin.
I make my own Miracle Whip… in a wide mouth pint jar, put 1 cup avocado oil, one fresh raw egg, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, pinch of sea salt. Use an electric hand blender stick that fits inside the jar and just spin it until it emulsifies into delicious mayo. Keeps in the fridge about a week.
