So I was thinking about Rittenhouse. The reporter that was running behind Rosenbaum, did anyone hear his testimony?
I was wondering if he had any insight into what happened just prior to Rosenbaum taking off after the kid?
And, no questions about the drone footage.
Why was a predator-style drone being flown over Kenosha?
Who, more correctly, what 3LA was flying it?
Was this activity requested (sanctioned) and by whom?
How did it recognize to have its camera in the right place at the right time as there was action in several areas of Kenosha (or, was there more than one drone?)
Ritchie McGinniss.... By far my favorite witness.. He was so open and honest, it appeared to me he had no agenda.
In his testimony he said he was running in the direction of the car lot as he was on the phone trying to locate a colleague. As he approached and the chase began he was trying to get his phone into video mode. Evidently he pushed picture instead of video. He wasn't getting the video he thought he was getting. He stated he didn't really see the initial interaction. If I recall, he said it was dark, he was running and he was talking on the phone.
His testimony was that right after they took JR to the hospital he called his boss and told him he thought he had just videoed a shooting. He also said he has no idea how his phone was suddenly in video mode as he began administering aid to JR, "it just happened", he said.
